Affiliations. For the avoidance of doubt, we are a private company and

not operated, sponsored, affiliated with, endorsed by, or owned by any government authority.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Government” refers to the
Republic of Azerbaijan and any of its governmental bodies, including but not limited to
authorities responsible for immigration control, visa processing, border security, and the
enforcement of immigration laws.

advice. If your personal circumstances require legal guidance, we strongly recommend

a qualified immigration lawyer or legal professional regarding visa or documentation

T&C. These Terms and Conditions
(“T&C” and/or the “Agreement”) set out the terms
governing
the provision of our professional services described in Section 3 (Our Services)
(“Service/Services”).
Destination Country. Means the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Consent to the T&C. By accessing the Website, using the Services,
or
clicking a button or checkbox marked “Accept” (or similar), you confirm that you have read,
understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement and to the collection and use of your
information as described in our Privacy Policy. This
Agreement
applies to all visitors and users of the Website, regardless of whether payment is completed
or
an account is created (“User(s)”, “Customer(s)”,
“You”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately
discontinue use
of the Website and Services.

application and processing of Electronic Travel Documents (“E-Visa”) issued by the Government of
the Destination Country.
3.2 Specific Terms. Our Services include:
3.2.1 Providing relevant information regarding the Electronic Travel Document;
3.2.2 Assisting with completion and submission of the application form;
3.2.3 Updating the Customer on application progress and outcome;
3.2.4 Delivering the approved Electronic Travel Document via email.
3.3 Important Notes. The Customer acknowledges that approval decisions,
processing times, and entry permissions are determined solely by the Government of the
Destination
Country.
4. Service Fee and Payment
4.1 The Service Fee includes our private assistance fee and applicable government charges.
